1. Introduction Welcome to My Minerva App. This app is dedicated to providing mind-body medicine resources specifically designed for US veterans. By accessing and using My Minerva App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All content provided on My Minerva App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of My Minerva App or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. Prohibited Uses In using My Minerva App, you agree not to:

• Engage in any activities that would violate the privacy rights of others

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

• Transmit viruses or any other malicious code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any service, device, data, account, or network
